Terms of Use

§1. Definitions

• ROLMEX – Rolmex Misiuda Sp. z o.o., ul. Ściegiennego 264C, 25-116 Kielce, Poland; KRS: 0001212930; NIP: PL6573003890; REGON: 543552489; share capital PLN 5,000.00.
• Service – the website operated by ROLMEX at www.rolmexmisiuda.com.
• User – any person using the Service.

§2. General provisions

1. These Terms set out the rules of using the rolmexmisiuda.com website by Users.
2. Using the Service means full acceptance of these Terms.
3. The Service is for informational purposes and presentation of ROLMEX commercial offer. The Service is not an online store – it does not allow direct purchase of products.
4. All prices, technical specifications and product descriptions are informational and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.

§3. Technical requirements

• up-to-date browser supporting HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript,
• cookies enabled,
• active email account.

§4. Rules of use

1. The User shall use the Service in accordance with the law, these Terms and good practice.
2. The following are prohibited: unlawful content; actions disrupting the Service; sending unsolicited commercial information (spam); copying or distributing Content without ROLMEX written consent.

§5. Intellectual property rights

1. All Content in the Service, including descriptions, photos, videos, graphics, layout, the “ROLMEX” trademark, logo and machine model names, are the property of ROLMEX and protected by the Polish Copyright Act of 4 February 1994.
2. Modification, copying, distribution, sublicensing, resale or commercial use of the Content is not permitted without prior written consent from ROLMEX.
3. Downloading and printing Content is permitted exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

§6. Liability

1. ROLMEX makes every effort to ensure the information in the Service is accurate. ROLMEX reserves the right to change technical specifications and product availability without notice.
2. ROLMEX is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service contrary to the Terms; temporary unavailability due to maintenance, failure or force majeure; content on external websites linked from the Service.

§8. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Service shall be reported in writing or by email.
2. The complaint shall include the User’s data, description of the problem and date of occurrence.
3. ROLMEX shall consider the complaint within 30 days.

§9. Personal data protection

Personal data processing rules are described in a separate document – Privacy Policy and Cookies – being an integral part of these Terms.

§10. Changes to the Terms

ROLMEX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes enter into force upon publication in the Service.

§11. Final provisions

1. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Polish Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002, the Polish Copyright Act, GDPR.
2. Any disputes shall be settled by courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of ROLMEX.
3. These Terms enter into force on 18 December 2025.
