Rolmex Misiuda Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Kielce at ul. Ściegiennego 264C, is a Polish manufacturer of agricultural and municipal machinery whose tradition dates back to 2003. We specialise in the design and production of boom mowers, flail mowers, forestry mulchers, stump cutters and verge cutters – machines that work every day on the maintenance of national, regional, county and municipal roads. As a manufacturer based in Kielce we ship throughout Poland and export to 13 countries, including South Korea, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Denmark and Portugal.

Legal continuity of ROLMEX

Rolmex Misiuda Sp. z o.o. (NIP PL6573003890) is the sole successor in the business of manufacturing, repair and sale of agricultural machinery after ROLMEX Karol Misiuda and the earlier “Rolmex – Misiuda” Spółka Jawna, under a notarial deed dated 31 January 2023 (Rep. A No. 1060/2023, Notary Office of Kamila Duda in Kielce) — transfer of an organised part of the enterprise (ZCP-A) covering know-how, customer base and all of the above references. Any reliance on these references by other entities is unlawful. The 2026 reference letters — ZDP Opole, ZDP Jędrzejów, PZD Przeworsk and PZDW Rzeszów — were already issued directly to ROLMEX MISIUDA Sp. z o.o.
